Knaveswell Farm Cottage is our 2 bedroom detached self-catering cottage sleeping up to 4/5 guests in two bedrooms and situated at the heart of the farm directly in front of the farm house. The cottage’s garden is at the front and looks out over our fields.
Lounge/Diner
Dining table seating up to 6, comfy leather sofas, wood burning stove, TV and DVD player. Radio/CD player with selection of CDs. Selection of books, games and DVDs to choose from. During autumn and winter we supply an initial basket of logs and you can buy additional baskets from us for £5 if required. Please note that TV channels are limited, although we are trying to improve internet options. Wifi signal is slow in our rural area so if superfast broadband is important to you, we’re probably not a good accommodation option.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with enough crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils for up to 6 guests. Electric cooker, fridge with freezer box, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a heated porch just off the kitchen for storing coats and boots with stable door door giving access to the garden. There is a BBQ in the garden and you’ll find a bag of charcoal in the porch.
Bedrooms
2 simply furnished bedrooms with wooden floors, one with king size bed and one with double bed and two singles. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and chest of drawers. We can supply a travel cot which will fit into either bedroom.
Bathroom
Upstairs bathroom with WC, bath and shower over bath, electric heated towel rail. Hairdryer in airing cupboard at the top of the stairs.
Garden
Enclosed, lawned garden with table and chairs for eating outside, BBQ and space for parking.

Bed linen and towels included (please bring your own beach towels).
Travel cot &/or highchair available if required (please bring your own cot bedding).
We supply an initial basket of logs for the wood burner during autumn and winter (extra wood can be purchased at £5 per basket if required)
The cottage is heated by electric radiators.
No smoking throughout.
Up to 2 dogs welcome – no dogs upstairs or on the sofas please and we would prefer you not to leave your dogs unattended in the cottage, thank you
We have plenty of space for storing bikes, roof boxes, kayaks etc.
